O nauczycielu Rostyslav
I begin with a consultative approach to understand the student’s vision for their further guitar development. If the student is young, I prefer to stay in contact with the parents; otherwise, I communicate directly with the student. I maintain contact outside of lessons when needed, to adjust the individual learning path (only if desired, of course).
During the lessons, I actively play and demonstrate the material live — so everything can be heard, seen, and applied in practice.
During the COVID period, I worked exclusively online, so I’ve developed an effective teaching model for that format.
My teaching concept is not “do as I do for quick results,” but rather “a comprehensive, well-rounded development of a skilled and thoughtful musician-guitarist.”
Main priority: A safe, non-judgmental space and genuine enjoyment from the lessons.
Main goal: To help you find your path in music, regardless of age or experience.
Final result: The ability to independently learn and interpret music — without needing constant teacher guidance.
️ A few words about me:
I’ve worked at both public and private music schools and have extensive experience in one-on-one private instruction. I’ve taught students of all ages and with various goals in mind.
I perform in both academic contexts (solo, ensemble, orchestra) and in the popular music scene.
My background includes specialized guitar education as well as formal pedagogical training.
Additionally, I have experience in event and artist management and have hosted large-scale concerts, which has strengthened my ability to communicate with all types of people.
While my approach is serious, the lessons themselves are filled with humor and ease. But when it comes to your learning portfolio — I treat it with full responsibility

Khmelnytskyi Music College named after V. Zaremba (Junior Specialist) → Lviv National Music Academy named after M. Lysenko (Bachelor’s Degree) → Ivan Franko National University of Lviv (Master’s Degree) – all in Musical Arts.
