EDUCATIONAL ATTAINMENT
I have pursued various educational opportunities to enhance my knowledge and skills. Currently, I am enrolled in an online course at Arizona State University, where I am studying 'Teaching English to the Speaker of the Other Languages.' Previously, I completed a course in English Composition 1 at Duke University and gained insights into vital signs and body communication through a course at the University of Pennsylvania. Additionally, I have expanded my expertise in food and health science through a program at Stanford College of Medicine. My tertiary education includes a Bachelor of Science in Tourism Management from the System Technology Institute College of Ormoc. Furthermore, I have completed a vocational course in Computer Literacy at Franciscan College of the Immaculate Conception and was recognized for my academic achievements in the Science, Technology, Engineering, Mathematics track at Baybay City Senior High School. My educational journey began at Pomponan National High School and Pomponan Elementary School, where I laid the foundation for my future learning endeavors.
WORK EXPERIENCE
In the past, I have gained diverse work experiences that have contributed to my growth and skills development. I served as a Student Assistant at Pomponan National High School in the offices of the Principal and School Librarian for two consecutive years, where I honed my organizational and administrative skills. Additionally, I worked as a Project Manager and Purchasing Staff at Luz W Housing Project, gaining valuable experience in project management and procurement. My time as a Factory Worker at Liwayway Marketing Corporation provided me with insights into the manufacturing industry and instilled in me a strong work ethic. Furthermore, my role as a Call Center Agent Product Specialist with an International Voice Account at IQOR equipped me with excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. These experiences have prepared me well for my current role as an ESL teacher, where I engage with C1 level clients and help them achieve their language learning goals.

I am focused on working with adults and young people. I will be happy to take your English to the next level. In my lessons, I put great emphasis on speaking by having the opportunity to speak on various topics related to the topic of the classes and more. I prepare a lesson plan according to the student’s needs. I do not limit myself to just teaching grammar because I know from experience that it is not the most important thing in the process of learning a foreign language. I encourage you to ask questions and I will be happy to answer them.
