The feeling of getting through to that student who struggles or helping students achieve
their goals, is what drives my passion in education. My aptitude in constructing distinctive
modern teaching methodologies, by incorporating current technology is a tool that I would
use to capture the learner’s attention and motivate participation in the classroom. Apart
from technical skills, my benevolent personality would create a safe and happy environment
in which children feel free to express themselves. I am certain that my motivation,

It is with great enthusiasm that I submit my application as an ESL teacher. I am a dedicated,
tenacious individual with a 120-hour-in-class/online TEFL certificate and a qualification in
finance (Bachelors and Honours in Accounting), from the University of South Africa. I have
experience working with children from the ages, seven to fifteen as an assisted swimming
coach. Additionally, I worked part time as an aupair for private individuals, while studying in
university. The age of the children ranged from three to seventeen. Innovative educational
techniques, communication, and planning of personalised learning programs for a wide
range of ages are amongst the skills that I have to make a great fit for the school. I have the
ability of rapport building and consistency to build trust with the learners which enables me
to meet different developmental needs for the students.
