O nauczycielu Sarath
I am a PhD researcher in theoretical physics at the Institute of Physics, Polish Academy of Sciences in Warsaw — one of Poland's most prestigious scientific institutions. My research involves quantum physics, which means I bring not just textbook knowledge to my lessons, but a genuine, working understanding of how physics and mathematics operate at the deepest level. Having spent years immersed in these subjects, I understand how demanding and at times overwhelming they can feel — and that is precisely where I can help.
I am patient, encouraging, and genuinely invested in each student's progress. I do not believe in a one-size-fits-all approach: every student learns differently, and my role is to find the explanation, the angle, or the example that finally makes things click. Lessons are typically built around solving problems together, in an atmosphere that is focused yet relaxed — because I find that students learn best when they feel comfortable enough to think out loud. I actively encourage questions, because in my experience, a question is never a sign of weakness. It is either a gap in knowledge we can fill together, a misconception worth addressing, or a signal that I need to find a better way to explain something. Either way, it moves us forward.

My approach to tutoring: I believe that understanding physics and mathematics deeply is more valuable than memorising formulas. My goal is to help each student build genuine intuition for the subject — so that solving problems becomes a natural process rather than a guessing game.
How I teach: I tailor every lesson to the individual student. We begin by identifying gaps in understanding, then work through concepts step by step, combining clear theoretical explanations with plenty of practice problems. In my experience, students struggle most not because they lack ability, but because no one has shown them how the mathematics they learn actually comes alive in physical problems. Bridging that gap is at the heart of how I teach.
In our first session, we take stock of where you are and set a clear direction together. Sessions typically last 45-60 minutes, depending on the student's needs and concentration level. I am flexible and happy to adjust the pace and format as we go.
My background: I am a PhD researcher in theoretical physics at a leading scientific institution in Warsaw, where my work focuses on quantum systems. This means I bring a deep, research-level understanding of physics to every lesson — not just textbook knowledge. I also have a strong background in advanced mathematics, which underpins all of my research.
