As a student currently I know how it feels to be taught or put in a class were we are all different. Put in a class were grasping a concept comes in different rates, others may grasp a concept faster than others. For starters I am all about patience. I will as well figure out the strengths and weaknesses of each of my student to understand what could make them understand a concept they may not understand. I do believe that we are not the same, others may grasp a concept more through visual learning, we’re they have to watch videos, while others through audio learning. There are so many ways a student may be able to grasp a concept, and with that, I will ensure that all my students are able to understand concepts through analyzing their strengths and weaknesses and helping them turn their weaknesses to strengths. Another way I will teach my students which I have noticed that not all teacher’s practice but it’s having different ways of motivating students to get to their full potential. That could come in the form of rewarding. As a student, my past background in primary and high school wasn’t as easygoing aS I would have thought it would be. I wasn’t much of a fast learner so I used different methods to motivate myself and find methods to ensure that I caught up with the rest of the class.
